Every Second Friday of the Month

This class will inspire you to get on the right track, no matter where you are in your health journey. These Monthly Group Coaching Classes are for you! Meet with me & others to discover what your next step is to: staying healthy, increasing energy, sleeping better, decreasing cravings, and finding resilience in a stressful day.

You’ll learn helpful tricks catered to YOU, and you’ll also learn from others’ goals, roadblocks, and questions. We’ll delve into something new for each class.

  • 1/12, Friday 5:30pm-6:3pm –  Visioning: Creating the Year Your Want
  • 2/9, Friday 5:30pm-6:30pm – Tools for Stressful Times
  • 3/9, Friday 5:30pm-6:30pm – Detoxing! Best practices for a busy life

Be prepared to leave feeling more energized and grounded, and come with questions – think about what goals you have for your health, relationships, job, or lifestyle. I’m excited to be offering this opportunity! This will be fun for us all 🙂
