Group Coaching Class
To get you on the right track, no matter where you are in your health journey, these Monthly Group Coaching Classes are for you! Bring your lunch (I will too!) and meet with me & others to discover what your next step is to: staying healthy, increasing energy, sleeping better, decreasing cravings, and finding resilience in a stressful day.
You’ll learn which foods in particular will help you, and you’ll also learn from others’ goals, roadblocks, and questions. Come to just one or as many of the group classes as you like! We’ll delve into something new each time.
Monthly Group Coaching
Mondays from 11:30am-12:45pm
at Free Bodied – 150 S 600 E, Ste 7C
Each class is $15 per person, or if you bring a friend or partner, each of you pays $10. All clients in a one-on-one coaching program with me are invited for free. This class is capped at 10 people.
