I am living this life to its fullest, and I intend to help you do the same! 15 years ago I experienced whiplash that shook me awake - I realized I wanted to help in a bigger way. Being a dancer (and fascinated in how our bodies thrive), I threw myself into massage therapy. I feel great joy when a client leaves my session feeling pain free, lighter, and with ease of movement.
Along my personal healing journey (including candida, 2 autoimmune disorders, and a major intestinal surgery), I uncovered patterns, beliefs, emotions, and energies underlying my physical pain. Until these root causes shifted, the pain would return and a pattern would repeat itself. I felt limited.
Energy entered my world - what a beautiful gift! Utilizing energy medicine (through higher self healing and homeopathy), I started experiencing profound shifts, not just in my physical body, but in my emotions, my habits, and my ability to find peace in life’s crazy challenges.
So as much as I work on physical pains, I get into the nitty-gritty of why that physical issue continues to emerge, and I offer a way to release it.
