Because of her 20 years of experience in Professional Ski Patrolling and Wildland Firefighting, she identifies with injuries and chronic pain issues. Zina listens to her client’s individual needs. Her focus is to actively help alleviate the tension and stress that builds up in soft tissue, whether it be work related or due to overuse or overexertion from physical activity.

Zina graduated from the East West College of Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon with over 1000 hours of training. She also attended the Old Medicine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand where she studied Thai yoga massage.

Zina enjoys downhill, backcountry, and cross country skiing. Along with cycling, hiking and fire dancing.
